Moringa has an impressive range of medicinal uses with high nutritional value.
Different parts of this plant contain a profile of important minerals, and are a good source of protein, vitamins, beta-carotene, amino acids and various phenolics. The Moringa plant provides a rich and rare combination of zeatin, quercetin, beta-sitosterol, caffeoylquinic acid and kaempferol.

Another video proving the benefits of the Moringa Tree
This video documentary has been produced for Village Volunteers, a nonprofit organization fighting malnutrition and poverty across the globe. I was asked to complete this video as part of a community learning experience for a conservation project for my Winter 2011 Conservation Biology class with Martha Groom. The intention is to inform a wide audience of the benefits of Moringa oleifera as a nutritional supplement and broaden awareness into the importance of sustainable ecological practices to conserve the earths remaining wilderness.
